Rev. Clinton Fisher, a passionate California native, was elected Pastor of Restore Church in January 2025. Alongside his wife, Chelsea, and their three children—Cole, Ellawyn, and Oliver—Clinton is thrilled to lead Restore Church in transforming lives locally and globally.

A San Diego State University graduate with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Management Information Systems), Clinton blends strategic insight with heartfelt ministry. Since marrying Chelsea in 2010, they’ve served in diverse pastoral roles, including Student, Administrative, Executive, and Assistant Pastor. Their zeal for global missions has led them to minister in nations like Turkey, Israel, the Philippines, and El Salvador, where they’ve witnessed God perform supernatural miracles, including remarkable healings. As a licensed minister with the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI) since 2020, Clinton also serves as the Southern California District’s Global Missions Director of Promotions, inspiring worldwide outreach.

Clinton leads with love and a deep commitment to personal relationships, fostering authentic connections to nurture spiritual growth. He and Chelsea expect to see God’s supernatural power, including miraculous healings, transform lives at Restore Church. His vision is to build a vibrant, Spirit-Filled fellowship rooted in Restore Church’s founding principles, empowering people spiritually and serving the local community.
